total running time 50:05. out in 25:45 and back in 24:20. Did a 6 minutes fartlek. HR ave 142 max 162. Still feeling some of the effects of the sinus infection but feeling much better than a few days ago.
road the exercise bike for 15 minutes (4.8 miles) since missed the ride earlier in the week. This helps my knee stay stable. |
