Personal:

I retired from the Army after 26 years of service in 2010.  I moved home to Arizona.  My wife and I are empty nesters.  In 2016 I had stents placed in my heart after discovering coronary artery disease.  Since early 2016 I have lost 30 lbs and got in much better shape.  August 2017 I retired again. We served a mission to Mexico from October 2017 until April 2019.

feeling really tired when I ran.  I was on my feet all day helping at a track relay invite.  It was a blast.  I was super tired on my run.  It took 56:40 to run this and I felt wasted the whole way.

PM- total time 36:46.  out in 19:39 and back in 17:07.  Legs pretty sore at the end.  HR 147/161

run on the track- tempo.  6 minute warmup then 4800 meter tempo 8:02, 7:55, 7:45.  then actice recovery lap followed by 800 in 3:44. 

total running time 42:48.  HR 145/162

bike 15 minutes 4.83 miles.
