total running time 45:14. track workout. warm up for around 11 minutes then 3 x 800 with 800 active recovery. 800's in 3:36, 3:37, and 3:42. 800's in between were 5:03 and 5:15. Fastest I ahve gone in awhile but still pretty slow. I start a week on call on friday... not sure how much I will be able to run then. |
