total time 43:03 with a caveat... I warmed up for a half mile and then intended to run 0.5 uptempo with 1 mile recovery... at the half mile I accidently stopped my watch but thought I have hit the lap button so I lost about 0.13 miles... distance above is correct... time here is without that splits 9:00 (ran uptempo for 0.63 miles), 9:26, 4:06, 9:24, 3:59, 7:08
