total running time 49:41. ran 16 x 200. intended to do 20 but I felt really awful. I have been fighting off a sinus infection and lost the battle. I started myself on an antibiotic just after arriving at work this morning and my sinuses are already draining some gross stuff.
I should have stopped the work-out becuase of how I felt. the 200's were really slow. First one 52, then most in the 54-56 range. Although the last 4 were 59, 58, 59, 59.
