planned on running in the morning but had abdominal cramping for over an hour from 2 am to 3:15 am. slept until 6 am and didn't run.
in the late afternoon I ran without stretching until the 2 miles turn around spot when I stetched for mamybe a minute. total time 35:47. splits 9:12, 8:55, 8:46, 8:55
