I felt so good that I upped the pace and will do my intervals on Wednesday instead of tomorrow. splits 9:24, 9:22, 9:20, 9:23, 9:26, 9:16, 8:56. average HR 127 (early on my heart rate was higher as I did the first mile 20 seconds faster than my recent usual fisrt mile pace).
